Congratulations To All The Finishers!
Welcome To The Ultra Running Community!
Sir,Thank you for the chance you have given us to run an ultra. It was an amazing and memorable experience. For a newbie like me, I was profoundly touched by the strong spirit of community which prevailed all throughout the race. People I did not even know were willing to share whatever supplies they had to make sure that I got to the finish line. Total strangers ran up to me to spray me with cold water or to offer me chippy and waterâ. The “bayanihan” spirit was clear and evident. I am blessed to be part of that experience. Finally if I may ask, is there a book or a website which I can refer to so I can read up on a sound ultra running training program? Thank you once again and more power!Sincerely,Philip Gan Sent from my BlackBerry 10 smartphone.
