for the BDM102 2011?
hi! i am very much interested to run the BDM ultramarathon. its a good thing there’s a clinic for first time participants. however, as in my case, who lives here down south, in davao city, i might not be able to have the chance to attend to this interesting and very important event. may i request that some of the topics and important tips be posted in the Bald Runner blog site. ill try to do my trial runs here, if possible, so i can simulate the activities in manila.
Thank you very much and ill keep myself updated with Bald Runner’s news and important posts.

i’m sorry sir i can’t attend the clinic since i am based way up north. however, i will continue to keep myself updated through your blog and train for the run.
Wow. Things are really improving for the BDM102k event! This is really nice of you to organize a running clinic for ultrarunning. 🙂
May I suggest a viewing of “Running On the Sun”. It’s a documentary about the 1999 Badwater Ultramarathon. From what I’ve seen, the scenarios and situations are very similar to BDM. It will be useful for the runner and the crew members to watch and learn from the film. You may view it on You Tube or maybe download it via utorrent.
