we’ll take the hardest part of the route—starting from Km 0 in Mariveles up to Km 50. i know this place has a lesser volume of vehicular traffic and more challenging because of the uneven terrain. this will be our longest training run in preparation for the event. good luck!

Sir, I must say that this is a very good endeavor. This event that you are organizing inspires beginner runners like me. Almost a decade ago, I worked in Mariveles for more than a year. Being a sport fan, i also imagined that it would be good to have a triathlon in commemoration of Bataan Day (Swim from Corregidor to Mariveles, and bike and run all the way to Tarlac).
I can imagine how tough its gonna be. The zigzag road from Mariveles town proper to the highway is tough climb even for buses. I did my first 10K in the KOTR and I was running out of breath in the climbs, to think that that was only the buendia flyover.
Anyway, I wish you success for this event.
