Bataan 102K Ultramarathon Race is a unique and special race and I deemed it proper to hold a Get Together and Awarding Ceremony Party to all the 82 “Brave New Warriors” of Bataan Death March after 10 days of rest & recovery. I also invited the sponsors who helped us made this dream into a reality. I will let the runner-bloggers describe what really happened during the party. panalo talaga ung party kagabi. great food, overflowing drinks, hip music, good friends….what else can we ask for? thanks BR and to team bald runner for making the party a success. thanks to everyone who attended. it was really nice seeing all of the participants/finishers and sharing different stories of “survival” (eventhough im sure we’ve been telling the same stories for the last 10 days or so…hehe). thanks for all the sponsors, running friends who attended. see you on the road! keep training!

ako po si Edwin Bien, mas kilala po siguro nyo ko na kulot na long hair. gusto ko lang po sana magcomment regarding dun sa top 3 sa age category 40-49 yrs old, nakalagay po kasi dun sa results na #20 finisher po ako with a time of 14:42:05, gusto ko lang po clarify na dapat po top 2 po ako dun sa age category ko, following mr. eric socrates’ time of 42:41:03. Buti po sana kun 10k or 21k or even 42k lang po yun ginawa natin pero 102k po eto eh, sobrang hirap po from training to the race day mismo. yun sacrifice po natin sobrang laki. gusto ko lng po sana mabigyan ng konting consideration sa hirap ko, 6 months po nagtraining tpos ganon lang po yun makukuha sa kabila ng mga sacrifice natin. nagcheck din po kasi ako nun saturday (april 11, 2009, black saturday) nakalagay po nun morning ako yun second kaya lang po nun check ko ulet nagbago na yun mga nakapost. sana po maclarify po lahat to. Sir jovie, alam ko po na busy kayong tao, pero sana po maayos po yun concern ko. eto po contact # ko – 09194322026/8297811. maraming salamat po ulet. congrats po sa success nun bataan ultramarathon.
