Jovie- Great Pictures! I like in particular the picture of Odessa running with an umbrella. And I can not hardly recognize Jonel in his outfit. Hope to see more pictures.
thank you for the picture sir jovie.fyi, that is my reliable support “crew” of one pedalling behind me.the pail is my idea just in case it got hell hot.
BR, check out the vid here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0cW5MCDd5Ms Beth of pinoy ultra ran the course but its different from ours. Apparently there’s another shrine at clark field pampanga.
Awesome pictures, specially with that of Odessa! I also appreciate the man wearing a “buli” hat, I’m looking for that same hat before the race, but to no avail….
Time for a big reunion celebration (run then eat) for the finishers and all the participants. Lots of war stories to tell like hallucinations, giving up, cursing, etc… In the end it’s your all out determination and strong will that prevailed. Good luck on your next journey. I hope to run with you again. Mabuhay!!!

thank you sir jovie for giving us an opportunity to test and go beyond our limits. we were truly tested in last sunday’s race. but all the veteran ultramarathoners are right, the feeling is indescribable after crossing the finish line. the joy of finishing plus all the congratulatory greetings from fellow runners was just overwhelming. it was worth all the effort. til next year’s 2nd edition.
Sir Jovie congratulations for the success in organizing the ultramarathon, Bataan 102K! Indeed, this is another race in your belt. It is truly impressive! I salute you!
Sir, I’m planning to organize a run for the benefit of my high school alma mater (Claret School), may I respectfully request your help in organizing such an event as race director?
banda ng musiko na lang kulang para sa mga fiesta boys.
