Last May 20, 2022, Rigoberto Tiglao, one of the Political Opinion Columnists of the The Manila Times wrote this article:
I have just made a research on the age of Rigoberto Tiglao and I found out that we were born on the same year, 1952. He was born in the month of August and I was born in the month of May. Almost, we have the same age. Knowing his age, I can safely conclude that he personally observed what had happened before the late Senator Ferdinand Marcos became the President and had observed maturely and objectively on the Marcos Administration from 1965 to 1986. I will not go on the details about his background but I would like to get an emphasis on the article that he wrote.
He is right! The newly elected Former Senator Ferdinand “Bong Bong” Marcos Jr, is the “nail” to the coffin of the Opposition and ultimately put this group in the grave and soon the people will forget them.
