I just created a PAGE on this blog for all the scheduled Ultra Marathon Events in the country and other selected international ultra running events for the year 2014. I listed some of the yearly PAU Races and BR’s Events; and also the Ultra Races of Jonel Mendoza/Frontrunner Magazine.
I would like to invite all Ultra Race Organizers/Directors to post their events and respective details/links on the Comment section of this PAGE. Events posted on the Comment section shall be included in the list of events for easy reference to interested runners.
I hope that this PAGE will serve its purpose as the repository of scheduled ultra marathon events in any part of the country for the year 2014.

1. IBTUR 88 – 88Kilometer distance Ultra – Route is situated in the outback of Northern part of La Union where runners will have a chance to run both beside the seaside of Western Phil Sea and the highest peak of Lipay (Santol-San Gabriel), final 10K stretch is at the beautiful Ku Ikaika route and the last 700 meters before the finish line is pure sand beside the Surfing site of San Juan La Union. Date of the event is NOVEMBER 30, 2013
2. BEACH AND PINE – 77Kilometer distance Ultra – From San Juan La Union to the twin towers of Mount Cabuyao Benguet (Baguio) – Route is via Naguilian Road – Date of the event is JANUARY 4, 2014
3. LUUM3 – highest category is 50Kilometer distance Ultra – Route is located at Brgy Bacsil-Baraoas-Bagulin Town-Puspus-Botanical Garden San Fernando La Union – Date of the event is March 21 and 22, 2014
4. TRANS FILIPINAS – 2500 Kilometers, from Batanes to Jolo by Mr. Jerry Segarino and all his supporters/pacers who can run with him along the route –
Day 1 is April 21, 2014
5. BRAVE MARINDUQUE MEGAMARATHON – Categories are: 110K, 80K, 50K, 32K, 16K, 10/5/3K – The 110K category will literally run around the paradise island of Marinduque. Date of the event is May 9 and 10, 2014
