Hi BR, is Joy still getting support after Chuck Crisanto took off with the funds? Were the funds recovered?

I ask these questions to raise peoples trust and confidence in sending their support – I am sure there are hundreds of willing supporters but wary in sending it to (another) unscrupulous hand.
