dr joe, thanks..this is a product of patience, consistency & hardwork. i'll join clark's 25K run.

philip, i really love the hills and running on hills is a part of my workout. thanks

mark, congrats for breaking your PR for the 15K, too! yup! you can always run beside me during races.

jerry, thanks. that is always my goal whenever i join road races...to compete with myself and the route.

lacbay & sunday warrior, thanks & keep on running. there is self-satisfaction when there is positive result on your training.

mark & tiffin, it takes a lot of time, patience, training, and discipline to transform a novice runner to a competitive one and this is the message i would like to impart to all my readers. thanks & see you this sunday.

jinoe, thanks for everything. i like your post at takbo.ph about the "button pins". see you on sunday.

doc doray, thanks. i know you are improving, too!

ben, thanks. the ultimate goal is to be able to run mt disappointment 50 miles next year. ok ba?

ray, thanks. for sure, we'll see each other again this sunday.

gene, thanks. that is a product of hardwork. see you this sunday!

jaymie, yup, that's right..my leg muscles can now withstand the drills and the speed training after almost one year of endurance runs. i guess, the members of team bald runner are inspired to do their best in every race because i am always "chasing" them and cheering/shouting at them after the turnaround..hahaha!..in simple terms, i call it, "leadership". thanks and see you this sunday.

levy, that is what i like about retirement..i am the "boss" and have more time to run and recover/rest my tired leg muscles..enjoy life to the fullest. see you this sunday.
